Once your order is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with your confirmation.
When we deliver:
Our couriers deliver between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm. A signature is requested upon delivery. If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card; follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order.
If your parcel is damaged on arrival we advise that you reject the parcel.
RETURNS
MeeMee promises to refund any item that you are not completely happy with if you return the item to us in a saleable* condition, within 28 days of receipt.
To return an item please:
1. Tick refund next to the item that you would like to return on the Dispatch note that was included in your parcel and enter the reason code for the return.
2. Package the items you are returning together, including the returns form. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging and have not been worn beyond trying on.
3. Please obtain a copy of “Proof of Posting” at the Post Office - any claims for loss of product during posting cannot be handled without it, in line with MeeMee’s “Terms and Conditions”.
4. Please send the parcel to: MeeMee Returns, 20 Dale Street, Suite 2.1, Manchester, M1 1EZ

6. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 working days for any credits* to be processed by your card issuer.
*Please note that the cost of original postage will not be refunded in line with MeeMee terms and condition.
If you have misplaced or not received a Returns form in your despatch note, please print one off here.
All items can be returned by post at any Post Office (please ensure that you obtain “Proof of Posting”). We will send an email confirmation once we have received your return at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited via your original payment method.
*Note: Please ensure that you are returning unworn goods, as sold, with all original tags and packaging. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
