    HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

    Select the size & colour you require and click ADD TO BAG.
    Continue shopping and add items to your bag or go to CHECKOUT.
    Review the products in your bag and then enter your shipping and payment details.
    Once you are ready to proceed, click PLACE ORDER.
    We'll send you an order confirmation email detailing your purchases.

    DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    No. We do offer a ‘Quick Checkout’ however we do recommend that you set up an account on MeeMee as it allows you to:

    • Shop without re-entering your address or card details.
    • Add products you love to your Wishlist.
    • Manage your address book and email settings.

    HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE MEEMEE NEWSLETTER?

    The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to set up an account. You don't have to buy anything to do this but when you do want to start shopping, this'll also give you a head start. Alternatively, you can go back to our homepage and sign up to the newsletter without setting up an account.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

    If an item is available to purchase, you will be able to select your size and add it to your shopping bag.
    Pieces on MeeMee.com are snapped up quickly and can still be bought by another customer even if the item is in your shopping bag. If you have found an item you love, we recommend you place your order promptly so you don't miss out.

    DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE OR FIT INFORMATION?

    Please see our Size Guide for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Support department.

    HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?

    If you would like to use a discount code, you must first add the items you wish to buy to your bag. Once you have finished shopping hit the ‘My Bag’ button which will take the ‘Your Bag ‘page. On this page you can enter the code and click on ‘add code’. Your order price will then be re-calculated and you can proceed to the checkout.

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

    MeeMee.com accepts Paypal, Visa debit, electron, delta, Mastercard and UK Maestro. Credit or Debit card transactions on this website are processed using Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

    CAN I AMEND MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

    We're unable to redirect your order once your purchases are on their way to you. Please make sure you provide a suitable shipping address so that you someone is available to receive your order when it is delivered.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    MeeMee will send you an email with your confirmation and tracking details. You can also track your order in your ‘My Account’ page under ‘My Orders’.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

    If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.
    Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing).

    HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

    As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

    Your refund excludes the cost of delivery (with the exception of faulty goods), which we deduct to cover the cost of shipping.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

    Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
    Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
